  • Associate must check that envelope is filled in completely and correct free product is given.
  • 12 Proof of Purchases (must include product name and size and have the printed words “Proof of Purchase”) must be enclosed.
  • Only eligible on dry dog or cat food.
  • Free product must be of the same size and most frequently purchased product.
  • Free bag must be redeemed within 2 months of last purchase.
  • Free bag is rung up then ‘coupon’ option for amount of bag used.  Customer pays sales tax.
